Caribbean contemporary artist Richard Nattoo speaks about the power of the child like majic (magic) within us in his work, The Majician. Breaking the fourth wall, the figure looks at us with a feeling of understanding, inviting us to explore the idea of reconnecting with our inner child. Using the passionflower in his contemporary language, as a treatment for anxiety, this piece offers us the same tranquillity as the tea of the passionflower.
